What Students Need to Rent Luxury Rentals?
Students must meet the following criteria to collaborate with LS Rentals:
- Rental Application Every applicant must complete our detailed rental application as the first step in the process.
- Pre-screening call or In-Person Showing We’ll connect with you directly to discuss your preferences and clarify any questions you may have.
- Proof of Enrollment Your proof of enrollment is needed. This ensures our rentals comprise a dedicated student community.
- Guarantor or Co-Signer Your parent or guardian can co-sign to provide financial security and assurance if you don't currently have any employment or income.
- Government Photo ID LS Rentals requires a valid government-issued photo ID for verification and lease agreements.
- Rental History (If Any) - You can speed up the rental application process if you have a reference from a previous landlord or residence hall.
- Security Deposit You need a standard last month’s rent deposit to guarantee your move-in date for your chosen rental.
Our property managers review all details to ensure that applicants align with our standards and community expectations.
